MEMBER ONLY EVENT: Kinect @ Shoreline Community Open House & Business Showcase

This is a Members-only Event.

The Shoreline Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Chamber Member Kinect @ Shoreline Apartments, invites you to participate in a Community Open House & Business Showcase—a great opportunity to connect directly with local residents and prospective customers.

Chamber Members who sign up in advance will receive a 6-foot table to showcase their business to 500+ Kinect residents and community guests. A great way to welcome new residents and show them what your business is all about!

This exclusive event is FREE to Shoreline Chamber of Commerce Members. ⚠️ Space is limited, so advance registration is required.

Participants are encouraged to:

• Offer a coupon or special discount for visitors to your table

• Bring collateral and displays such as tablecloths, brochures, business cards, and giveaways to create an engaging presence

• Engage in conversational, relationship-building interactions. This is a promotional event, not a sales event. Members may collect contact information for follow-up conversations or future meetings, but no direct sales are permitted during the event.

⏰ Load-In / Event Expectations

Load-in: 10:30 AM

Event time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Participants are asked to remain through the end of the event and complete load-out afterward.

During the event, Kinect @ Shoreline will:

• Offer apartment tours for prospective residents

• Promote their current leasing special: “10 Weeks Free” for new leases

• Host a game area for guests with opportunities to win prizes

• Kinect @ Shoreline is a Pet-Friendly Community

📣 Event Promotion & Visibility

In addition to promotion by Kinect @ Shoreline, the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce will:

• Promote the event across Chamber social media channels

• Take photos during the event

• Share live social media posts throughout the event

• Publish post-event social media coverage, highlighting participating businesses

This provides added exposure for participating members—before, during, and after the event.
