You are invited to join us for our upcoming Shoreline Chamber Economic Development and Government Relations Committee meeting on Tuesday, April 21st, 11:30am - 1:00pm at Shoreline City Hall, 17500 Midvale Avenue N, Shoreline, WA 98133.
We are pleased to welcome our speakers, Jamas Gwilliam, Managing Director at Merlone Geier Partners, and Nathan Daum, Economic Development Program Manager for the City of Shoreline. Merlone Geier is the owner of the former Sears Auto Center, where the next phase of Shoreline Place is anticipated to begin construction later this year. Nathan has served in his role since 2018 and is the City’s dedicated full-time staff member focused on economic development.
During the meeting, attendees will gain insights into the plans for Shoreline Place, as well as updates on other major investments in housing, science, education, and small business. The presentation will also cover recent accomplishments, emerging development projects, and the City’s strategy for supporting a strong and resilient economy.
