2026 Chamber Board Nominees
On Wednesday, October 8th at 11:30AM, the Chamber will host an election for our 2026 Open Board seats during the first ten minutes of our October Member Luncheon at Aurora Borealis. All members in good standing are eligible to vote. You do not need to register for the luncheon to cast your vote; however, if you plan to stay for lunch, registration is required.
Below is a list of the open seats along with the nominees for each, including a brief profile for each nominee:
President
Mace Erickson
Mace is the current Vice President of the Shoreline Chamber. He is an accomplished commercial broker in the PNW with over 24 years of experience. He grew up in the area and is focused on revitalizing properties to bring new life to the Shoreline area.
Vice President
Matthew Souza
Matt Souza has practiced law in the Seattle area for over a decade and currently serves as General Counsel for Wrapbook, a fintech platform, from his office in Shoreline. A graduate of Whitman College with a law degree and MBA from the University of Washington, he brings deep experience in both law and business. Matt is eager to serve as Vice President of the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce to help continue to foster and grow a supportive, inclusive business environment—providing resources, connections, and advocacy so that businesses both large and small across Shoreline can thrive.
Secretary
Maia Lark
Maia joined the Chamber in 2024 and was quickly drawn in by the engaged, intelligent, collaborative board members who are excited to have an impact on Shoreline's Business Community. The time and effort being volunteered by board members is focused towards building a healthy, thriving business community in a way that considers input and impact of residents and small businesses. I'll never turn down the opportunity to share a room with creative and driven people who take pride in their work, so I was thrilled to be invited onto the board to help with the membership committee. Being able to have an impact on the greater business community, while also growing my own business, has been an incredible way to network, learn from peers, stay informed, connect people with resources (and each other!), and learn where and how to place my efforts to maximize results. I am thrilled to be nominated as Secretary and am excited to keep the momentum going!
Amy Bolson
Amy has been proud to serve as a general board member of the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce since July 2025, stepping in following a board member’s resignation. It would be an honor to continue serving in this capacity—or in the role of Secretary—through a full two-year term from 2026 to 2027.
Both Maia and Amy are running for Secretary but have also asked to be considered for a General Board seat if not elected.

Their unique peer-to-peer model, goal of hiring seniors, and mission to support their client’s independence sets them apart in the industry. They started the agency to give back to their community and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This love of community also extends to joining the Shoreline Chamber and serving on the board. In the past two years on the board, Kim has served on the Events committee and coordinated the Chamber’s presence at the Shoreline Farmer’s Market and other community events. Kim and her family have been residents of Shoreline for over 25 years.

She has truly enjoyed being a part of such a dynamic team of volunteers dedicated to promoting business in Shoreline. Through her businesses, Spin Alley Bowling & Vault 177, she is dedicated to supporting our local community and business development in Shoreline. As a native Shorelinian, she brings home town roots, enthusiasm, and experience at King County Department of Development and Environmental Services as well as nearly 30 years in the restaurant and bar industry to her service with the Chamber. She would like to continue to serve on the board and loves being a part of the many important conversations we are able to have through our partnership with the SBDC and the City of Shoreline.
Enrique Cordero
Enrique is a bilingual family business consultant with more than 12 years of experience advising business families across Central America, the Caribbean, and the United States. His background combines engineering, an MBA, and corporate governance specialization, which he uses to help families strengthen succession, governance, and harmony in their enterprises. Since relocating to the Seattle area, Enrique has been actively engaging with the Chamber, enjoying the opportunity to connect with local leaders, contribute ideas, and support the growth of our business community.
Niko Nicoloudakis
Niko is grateful to be nominated for the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce General Board. My brother Colin and I run Minuteman Press North Seattle, and we've worked hard to build strong relationships with other local businesses and the community. I'm excited for the opportunity to share my ideas, learn from others, and help support the chamber and its members.
